Oxy-Regen Limited provides non-medical wellness and relaxation services, including (but not limited to) hyperbaric oxygen sessions and related recovery therapies. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Non-Medical Nature of Services All therapies offered by Oxy-Regen Limited are provided strictly for general wellness, relaxation, and recovery support. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, you should consult your doctor before using any of our services. • Personal Responsibility You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in sessions at your own risk. You agree to disclose any relevant medical information that could affect your ability to safely use our services. Oxy-Regen Limited, its employees, or representatives will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction resulting from participation. • Clients Under 18 Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times while on the premises. The accompanying adult must provide written consent before any session begins. • Pregnancy and Professional Athletes o Pregnant individuals are not permitted to use our equipment or participate in oxygen therapy sessions under any circumstances. o Professional athletes are welcome to use our services; however, they do so entirely at their own risk. Oxy-Regen Limited does not provide insurance coverage or accept responsibility for any impact on athletic performance, competition testing, or event eligibility. • No Guaranteed Results While many clients report positive outcomes, individual experiences vary. Oxy-Regen Limited makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific results or health improvements. • Use of Equipment Clients must follow all staff instructions and posted safety guidelines when using equipment. Misuse of equipment may result in termination of the session without refund. • Liability Waiver By attending an appointment or session, you release Oxy-Regen Limited, its directors, staff, and affiliates from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your use of the facilities or services. • Consent By booking or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer and accept responsibility for your participation.
