1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Oxy-Regen Limited.

By booking an appointment or using our facilities, you agree to these terms.

Oxy-Regen provides all services for non medical wellness and relaxation purposes only.

We do not offer diagnosis, treatment or cure for any medical condition.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments can be made via phone, email or through our website.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment is due before or on the day of your appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in the loss of your deposit.

• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and may change with notice.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

• Missed or late appointments without notice may be charged in full.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days where applicable.

• Clients must complete a Health & Consent Form prior to their first session.

• Oxy-Regen reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if a client’s health or behaviour poses any risk.

• Clients must inform staff immediately of any discomfort or health concerns.

• The use of our equipment is subject to following staff instructions at all times.

We expect respectful behaviour from all clients.

Oxy-Regen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an abusive, unsafe or disruptive manner.

Oxy-Regen Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings on site.

• Any injury or incident not caused by negligence on our part.

All services are delivered with due care, but clients accept that results may vary.

Our services are complementary and should not replace medical care.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services safely.

Any complaint should be raised verbally or in writing to info@oxy-regen.co.uk.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 10 working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
